Your email, your choice.
When you ask for email updates, we store your email address, the topics you chose, and a record of when you confirmed or withdrew your consent. Print availability and Studio notes are separate choices. Buying a print does not subscribe you to either.
Confirmation and delivery
We send a confirmation link before adding you to an email list. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Our website and database providers, Vercel and Neon, help securely store your preferences and deliver the service. We do not sell your email address.
We also record whether an email was delivered, delayed, bounced, or reported as spam. We stop future collector emails to addresses that bounce or report spam. Subscription requests are rate limited using protected identifiers derived from your email and network address; these temporary rate records are removed after two days.
Changing your mind
Each email includes preference and unsubscribe links. You can stop all collector emails or keep only your preferred topics. Unsubscribing takes effect for messages that have not already been sent. Order confirmations and shipping updates are handled separately.
Questions about the artwork
When you send an inquiry, your name, email and message are kept in the private Studio inbox so Britta can respond. Sending a question does not sign you up for email updates. More about inquiry privacy.
Understanding website visits
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which drawings people visit and how they find the website. We also count submitted inquiries and confirmed print-interest requests using artwork identifiers. Your name, email, message and private confirmation links are excluded from these analytics events. Keeping information
Unconfirmed signups are removed after 30 days. Confirmed preferences, consent history, and delivery records are kept while needed to operate the list and respect opt-outs. Minimal suppression records help prevent unwanted emails. To request access to or deletion of your information, email britta@bch.net.
